The InsideOut Mental Health Leadership Charter

#SmashingTheStigma by #SigningTheCharter

About The InsideOut Charter

The InsideOut Charter provides a tangible way of demonstrating leadership engagement in and commitment to the mental health agenda by signing up up to a number of core, actionable principles. Sitting alongside other initiatives such as the Time to change pledge and the Mind Index, the InsideOut Charter has the sharp focus on the leaders of our workplaces. Our work with the role models from the InsideOut Leaderboard has demonstrated that when leaders get behind the cause, this is the catalyst for culture change and the start of creating mentally healthier workplaces.
