The Nominations

There are 3 categories for which you can nominate a role model for the InsideOut List:

  1. Executives who have experienced an episode of mental ill-health directly
  2. Executives who have a direct family member who experiences mental ill-health
  3. Ally Executives who have demonstrated a commitment to championing openness in relation to mental wellbeing in their workplace

Rules of Entry

  1. Nominations are strictly confidential. The list will be determined by our panel 
  2. You may nominate yourself
  3. The closing date for nominations is 30 June
  4. The judge’s decision is final
  5. Employees and Family members of InsideOut Ltd are not eligible for inclusion
  6. The promoter of the lists is InsideOut Ltd

    Criteria

    1. Nominees will be executives working up to three levels from the CEO and be based in the UK and Ireland
    2. Executives will have experienced a period of significant mental ill-health that has taken them out of the workplace for a period of two weeks or more or have a direct family member who experiences the same
    3. Nominees will demonstrate working towards greater openness in relation to mental ill-health and be willing to speak out openly about their experiences
